♥Here’s what she had to say.♥
hey 3000MTD team!
I love your food blog. Very inspiring!
I actually used your chocolate cake recipe to make cupcakes for a birthday party today. The only change I made was to use chocolate chips instead of a chocolate bar in my ganache. They turned out just super (and since I’m not much of a frosting gal, I adored the ganache - it was the perfect finishing touch.) I’ve attached some pics of my cupcakes adorned with sprinkles to be a little festive.
Thanks so much!
xo,
Julie

p.s. Even though they’re aren’t 24 pictured, the recipe gave me a perfect 24 cupcakes. Let’s just say that some didn’t make it all the way to the party.
♥And here’s her attempt.♥

Sprinkles really do make everything better. Gorgeous, Julie! And we’re immediately stealing your “3000MTD” acronym. Ha! Thanks so much for sharing your attempt of MIL’s Mission #20 Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake and for the sweet compliments.
